"An apple a day keeps the doctor away". That's an old phrase that I read recently still is good. You know it's fall when the apple display at the market looks like this...red, blush, green, yellow....oh my! This is our favorite time of year....apple picking time! The days are warm and the evenings are cool....and there are about a bizillion different kinds of apples at the market! Eat an apple today.
