Today in History! This is the Ides of March, the day Julius Ceasar was killed at the Roman Forum in 44 BC. Long time ago, but papa/gump and I are going to be wandering around in that very same Forum in June when we go to Rome. It's hard to imagine being able to stand close to the place where Julius Ceasar once stood...history is a wonderful thing and being able to wander about in it is awesome. I have a friend that was born today, so it's always been an interesting day for me. And Abby, you'll get to this stuff in a couple of years!Monday, March 15, 2010
